dose anyone see an improvment? these are two during pictures my before was deleted when my child was playing with my camra and im really mad but i cant really see a diffrance can you?
I kinda bindged a little big and I feel horrible and I justt wanna keep going, my daughter didn’t finish her small fry from mcdonalds so I ate them so fast:( now I just feel like pukeing :( its no good I’m going to go run a mile now and do some strength but I’m so upset and I also feel like I’m never gonna loose weight this thurs will be a week since I started and I’m not seeing a diffrance yet someone help !
Iv been doing really good eating wize and working out I just want to see results faster is no fair, ill never be my goal weight in 6weeks things going this slow!
